1. The first Arabic translation of Indian Constitution has been launched amid great appreciations for its drafting and sustaining institutions of democracy. The launch was organised in the Secretariat of the League of Arab States by the embassy of India in collaboration with the League of Arab States. Secretary General of the Arab League, Nabil El Araby launched the Constitution along with Secretary (East) ambassador Anil Wadhwa from the Ministry of External Affairs.
भारतीय संविधान के मसौदे और लोकतांत्रिक संस्थाओं को बनाए रखने में इसके योगदान की सराहना के बीच इसका पहला अरबी अनुवाद जारी किया गया। यह आयोजन लीग ऑफ अरब स्टेट्स के सचिवालय में किया गया। भारतीय दूतावास ने लीग ऑफ अरब स्टेट्स के साथ मिलकर यह आयोजन किया। अरब लीग के महासचिव नाबिल अल अरबी ने विदेश मंत्रालय के सचिव [पूर्वी] अनिल वाधवा के साथ मिलकर संविधान का अनुवाद जारी किया।
2. Kotak Mahindra Bank announced the launch of Grand, a savings bank account tailored exclusively for customers of 55 years and above. Customers will earn 6 per cent pa on savings balance of over Rs. 1 lakh and 5 per cent on balances up to Rs. 1 lakh.
कोटक महिंद्रा बैंक ने ग्रांड नामक एक बचत बैंक खाते के शुभारंभ की घोषणा की है। यह विशेष रूप से 55 वर्ष और उससे अधिक उम्र के ग्राहकों की आवश्यकता के अनुरूप है। ग्राहक 1 लाख रुपये से अधिक शेष बचत राशि पर प्रति वर्ष 6 प्रतिशत और 1 लाख रुपये तक की शेष राशि पर 5 प्रतिशत तक अर्जित करेंगे।
3. Amos Meindi of Kenya won 29th Pune International full Marathon in Men’s category. He finished the race by completing 41.175 km in 2 hours 18 minutes and 36 seconds. Nancy Wambua of Kenya won the half marathon in Women category in 71 minutes and 55 seconds.
केन्या के धावक अमोस मेंडी ने 41.175 किमी की दूरी दो घंटे 18 मिनट और 36 सेकंड में पूरी करके पुरुषों के वर्ग में 29वीं पुणे अंतरराष्ट्रीय मैराथन जीती। केन्या की नैन्सी वांबुआ ने 71 मिनट और 55 सेकंड में दौड पूरी करके महिला वर्ग में हाफ मैराथन जीती।
4. Veteran carnatic vocalist Sangita Kalanidhi Nedunuri Krishnamurthy passed away in Visakhapatnam. He was 87. He was undergoing treatment for lung cancer.
कर्नाटक संगीत के महान शास्त्रीय गायक संगीत कलानिधि निदुनुरी कृष्णमूर्ति का विशाखापत्तनम में निधन हो गया। वह 87 वर्ष के थे। उनका फेफड़ों के कैंसर का इलाज चल रहा था।
5. Andhra Pradesh Government signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Singapore for the development of its new capital that is set to come up near Vijayawada region. The MoU was signed by International Enterprise Singapore CEO Teo Eng Cheong and the Infrastructure Corporation of the Andhra Pradesh representative Sambasiva Rao.
आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार ने विजयवाड़ा क्षेत्र के पास आने वाली अपनी नई राजधानी के विकास के लिए सिंगापुर के साथ एक समझौता ज्ञापन (एमओयू) पर हस्ताक्षर किए। समझौता ज्ञापन पर अंतर्राष्ट्रीय उद्यम सिंगापुर के सीईओ तियो इंग चिओंग और आंध्र प्रदेश की बुनियादी ढांचा निगम के प्रतिनिधि संभाशिवा राव द्वारा हस्ताक्षर किए गए थे।
6. According to S&P India has emerged as the brightest spot in the Asia Pacific region as reform has picked up pace in the country in recent months, a top credit rating agency has said. India has been the region’s brightest spot since our last report. After a modest beginning, Prime Minister (Narendra) Modi’s government has picked up the pace of reform, eliminating the diesel subsidy in early November, liberalising foreign investment into the insurance sector, and curbing discretionary government spending for the second half of the current fiscal year.

7. Ralph H. Bear, who developed the first home video game system, died at the age of 92.
रैल्फ एच. बीएर जिन्होंने दुनिया का पहला होम वीडियो गेम बनाया था अब इस दुनिया में नहीं रहे। 92 साल की उम्र में उनका निधन हो गया।
8. China launched a CBERS-4 earth-resource satellite from its Taiyuan launch centre in Shanxi province atop a Long March-4B rocket. CBERS-4 is one of the satellites of the Chinese-Brazilian Earth Resource Satellite (CBERS) programme which began in 1988. And it was the 200th flight for the Long March rocket family. It has been developed jointly by China and Brazil.
चीन के पुराने ‘लॉन्ग मार्च’ रॉकेट के उन्नत संस्करण के जरिए एक बहुद्देशीय उपग्रह का सफल प्रक्षेपण किया गया है। यह इस रॉकेट के जरिए किया गया 200वां प्रक्षेपण था। ‘लॉन्ग मार्च’-4बी’ रॉकेट के जरिए ‘सीबीईआरएस-4’ को सफलता पूर्वक प्रक्षेपित करके इसे अंतरिक्ष की कक्षा में स्थापित किया गया है। ‘सीबीईआरएस-4’ को चीन और ब्राजील ने संयुक्त रूप से विकसित किया है। यह 1988 में शुरू किए गए ‘चाइनीज-ब्राजीलियन अर्थ रिसोर्सेज सेटेलाइट’ (सीबीईआरएस) कार्यक्रम का पांचवां उपग्रह था।
9. Renowned Sindhi writer and leftist Comrade Sobho Gianchandani passed away at the age of 95 in Larkana. Rabindranath Tagore gave him the title of “A man from Moen Jo Daro”.
प्रसिद्ध लेखक और वामपंथी नेता सोभो ज्ञानचंदानी की आज 94 वर्ष की आयु में पाकिस्तान के लरकाना में निधन हो गया। रवीन्द्रनाथ टैगोर ने उन्हें ‘अ मैन फ्रॉम मोहनजोदड़ों’ की उपाधि दी थी।
10. Hollywood actor Tom Hanks and singer Sting has been awarded with the Kennedy Center Honors.
हॉलीवुड अभिनेता टॉम हैंक्स और गायक स्टिंग को इस साल के कैनेडी सेन्टर सम्मान से सम्मानित किया गया है।
