Registrations begins for AIMA MAT 2015

The registrations for Management Aptitude Test (MAT), conducted by All India Management Association (AIMA), New Delhi for February 2015 have begun. The AIMA MAT examination is conducted in two modes: Paper based mode and computer based mode. The MAT 2015 paper based test will be held on February 1, 2015 and computer based test will be conducted from Saturday, February 07, 2015 onwards. MAT is a standardised test being administered since 1988 to facilitate Business Schools (B-Schools) to screen candidates for admission to Master of Business Administration (MBA) and allied programmes. The government of India, ministry of HRD approved MAT as a national level test in 2003. Any B-school - national or international - can consider MAT examination scores as an admission input based on the score cards issued to the candidates. Eligibility Criteria: Candidates should be graduates in any discipline. Final year students of graduate courses can also apply. Paper Pattern for MAT February 2015: The online MAT will consist of following sections, designed to measure a person's general aptitudes and knowledge: Language Comprehension: This paper will consist of 40 questions and duration for this particular section is 30 minutes. Mathematical Skills: This paper will consist of 40 questions and duration for this particular section is 40 minutes. Data Analysis and Sufficiency: This paper will consist of 40 questions and duration for this particular section is 35 minutes. Intelligence and Critical Reasoning: This paper will consist of 40 questions and duration for this particular section is 30 minutes. Indian and Global Environment: This paper will consist of 40 questions and duration for this particular section is 15 minutes. Important Dates: Paper-based test will be conducted on February 1, 2015 and computer-based test will be conducted on February 7, 2015 onwards. Last Date For Online Registration- January 17, 2015 Last Date for submission of filled in Registration Forms at AIMA, New Delhi-January 19, 2015.
