Ingredients
- ½kg boiled potatoes (finely mashed)
- 50 gms grated coconut
- 50 gms coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Procedure:
- Mix the grated coconut and finely chopped coriander and chilli. Add salt to taste and lemon juice.
- Then Make dough out of the mashed potato after adding a pinch of salt according to the proportion. Make small balls of even size.
- Now press the dough by placing in on the left palm and put some grated coconut and coriander mixture in the centre. Now conceal it and make a ball out of it again. Repeat the same for the remaining kachoris.
- Heat some oil in a pan. One the oil is ready for fying, put the kachoris one by one. Fry until pale golden brown.
