When it’s not waxing poetic about the virtues of an Edge display, Vodafone U.K. is actively aiming to satisfy its customer’s sweet tooth. Assuming one has a fixing for a luscious lollipop that is. Following the LG G3’s Android 5.0 update in Poland last month, the device is now being updated for customers in the UK as well, assuming they are on Vodafone.

Credit must really be given to LG on this one, as the OEM has managed to beat nearly every other device maker on the planet with the speed in which the change to Lollipop rolled out. Likewise, Vodafone U.K. deserves a round of applause for finishing its carrier testing and tinkering with the software so quickly. Meanwhile in America…
